Taxes and Duties
What taxes are applied to my online order?
Which taxes you'll need to pay depends on what you're buying and where it's going.
All books shipping to a Canadian address are subject to GST (Goods and Services Tax) but are NOT charged PST (Provincial Sales Tax).
"No PST" is applicable to educational games and audio books.
All other items (i.e. music, videos.) are subject to GST and PST.
Shipping to a Canadian address has NOT GST and PST added.
Shipping internationally is NOT subject to Canadian taxes. However, Please note orders maybe subject to import duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer when receiving the order. Custom policies vary worldwide.

*Quebec PST (7.5%) is calculated using the cost of the item plus GST.
**HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) is a combination of GST and PST. Book purchases are subject to 5% GST only.

- All items are subject to availability.
- For books out of stock, please contact us by email or telephone to let us know the book you are interested, and we will notify you about the fastest delivery time.
- If your order includes in stock AND out of stock item(s) we will hold all in stock item(s) until the rest of the order comes in and then ship the complete order.
