Schools, Libraries and Institutional Accounts
We use different methods of shipment to schools, libraries or organizations depending on where the order is going to. If the order is placed online the system will calculate the shipping rate. (coming soon) If the order is placed directly, our staff will provide the shipping rates per-order.

We don't add tax to international orders, but you may have to pay local taxes and customs charges in your country. We do not accept responsibility for these charges.
International orders may be opened by official Customs Agents for review of their contents.
Certain products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Return Policy
We can exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please make sure to return the book, product in its original condition and in its original pack.
We do not refund shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error.
Defective items are also accepted, but please include information that explains the defect.
We reserve the right to verify return product information before issuing a return credit (i.e. confirming damaged product).
We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the return shipment of your order.
If you have the original sales receipt, we will refund the amount in the same manner in which the sale was made (i.e. Visa, cash, Debit etc.) Without a store-web receipt, we will be happy to make an exchange.
Promotional discounts have no cash value and are not refundable.
